Full‑Time | On‑Site during 1 year training phase.
Potential for hybrid option with minimum 3 day onsite.


The Electrical Board of Missouri & Illinois (EBMI) is seeking a detail‑oriented and motivated Education Program Coordinator to join our team. This individual will play a key role in supporting and growing EBMI’s educational programs while collaborating with industry leaders, instructors, and committee members.


Key Responsibilities

Coordinate educational programs and work directly with Education Co‑Chairs, the Education Advisory Board, and program participants.

Gather and maintain historical data on class attendance, pricing, and submitted topics.

Communicate with presenters, instructors, potential attendees, and committees to ensure accurate, timely information.

Maintain EBMI’s educational calendar using the GrowthZone business system.

Collaborate with EBMI staff to ensure proper invoicing, payment processing, and certification distribution.

Assist with EBMI Foundation Board of Directors meetings and related administrative tasks.

Manage communications with scholarship and award applicants, including award notifications.

Support additional EBMI initiatives as needed.


Qualifications

5 years of industry experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Previous experience coordinating educational programs (preferred).

Associate degree or relevant professional experience required.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Ability to work effectively with volunteers, board members, staff, and industry partners.
