EXPERIENCE: Milton is an experienced electrical engineer and educator with expertise in electrical systems, fiber optics, and NEC compliance. Known for his practical teaching approach, he helps industry professionals strengthen their technical knowledge and understanding of code requirements.
COURSE OVERVIEW: Build a solid foundation in electrical theory through hands-on activities and real-world applications. Topics include AC/DC circuits, Ohm’s Law, Kirchhoff’s Laws, electrical components, power calculations, and jobsite safety. Participants will work in teams to build and test circuits, take meter readings, troubleshoot basic electrical problems, and verify calculations using industry-standard equipment and “Mike Holt’s Illustrated Guide to Basic Electrical Theory 3rd Edition.”
INCLUDES: Includes study manual and certificate of completion.
